Join us this Saturday night as we combine mixology with history! Starting at 11:00 PM, we'll crack open three different premium absinthes for your enjoyment. Evan has curated these three personally and has four different cocktails for you to try -- all for only $12 each, and featuring your choice of absinthe.
For those wanting a more traditional touch, Matt will be on hand to pour absinthe the old-fashioned way. For these guests, Matt will discuss the history and allure of absinthe from its origins, through to its banning in Europe, Canada, and the United States, and how it's fared since its re-legalization in the US in 2007. Like with the cocktails, the traditional pour is also $12 (your choice of absinthe)
Charcuterie by Charc-Bites Charcuterie and bread sticks will also be available after kitchen hours for purchase.
No tickets, no cover charge, and the bar will still be open for general admission throughout. While these cocktails are available at all times, enjoy these unusual drinks and a dash of history in a more intimate, late-night setting.
