This one is FREE and open all!
How it works: you and your team will work together to collectively chip away at 1776 reps of various movements. Every team receives an a la carte menu of exercises. These exercises will be set up all over the park. You get to choose which ones you visit and how many reps you spend at each location. And you just keep on going until all 1776 reps are chipped away! π
Time to get working on creating your team and getting your red white and blue drip ready. πΊπΈ
For this workout, the smaller the team the greater the challenge. We recommend team sizes of 2-5 depending on how much you like your booty kicked!
