Kokedama Workshop at Koselig Nook

Join us on Saturday, July 12th at 1pm at Koselig Nook for our Kokedama Workshop!

Houseplant enthusiast and Wedgewood Retail Assistant Manager Justin Dampman will lead an engaging hands-on workshop where you will learn the technique and make your own! In this centuries-old Japanese form of garden art closely tied to the practice of bonsai, kokedama is where a plant's roots are wrapped in moss and bound with string, creating a stunning, living sculpture.

For this workshop, we’ve partnered with Koselig Nook, an exquisite after-dark teahouse nestled in Chester County, PA. It serves as a haven where individuals can connect with others, find moments of solitude, and embrace the essence of "Koselig" a Norwegian concept that embodies warmth, contentment, and coziness in a shared atmosphere.

We’ll have all the parts you need - the beautiful plants, the nutrient-rich moss, and the knowledgeable team to guide you - all you need to bring are your hands! Whether you're a seasoned plant geek or just looking to try something new, this workshop is perfect for plant lovers of all skill levels.

Your $52 ticket includes one 4-inch plant, all necessary materials, printed care instructions and guidance by Justin, Wedgewood’s Kokedama expert. In addition, you’ll receive unlimited tea until 3pm! Pre-registration is required, and payment is due online at the time of registration. Sign up here: https://www.koselig-nook.com/products/kokedama-workshop-july-12
