This will be a 45-minute Yoga, Mindful Movement, and Meditation class offers a calming blend of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation to support both physical and mental well-being. The session begins with slow, intentional movements to release tension and improve mobility, followed by grounding yoga poses that encourage presence and inner awareness. It concludes with a guided meditation or breath-focused stillness to promote relaxation, clarity, and balance. Suitable for all levels, this class provides a restorative space to connect body, mind, and breath.
