Looking for a different workout? Drop into our second Friday conditioning, bagwork, and self-defense applications class. You need not be a student in our traditional Seido Karate class (though we'd be delighted to have you train with us there). We do a workout of basic techniques and calisthenics, we hit things, we practice some practical self-defense applications.
6:30 on the second Friday of every month (June 13, July 11, August 8, etc.), at the Catonsville Dojo.
