901 FT is bringing our Women's Self Defense Workshop to Byhalia, MS. Ladies, learn to defend yourself and your loved ones. Your instructor, Mary Evans, will teach you methods to avoid conflict if possible and, if it's unavoidable, to engage your attacker, disengage and escape. These techniques can save your life! Mary is a retired Deputy Sheriff with over 25 years of experience and training. She has taught these same techniques to numerous individuals and Law Enforcement Officers.
