Flexibility - In running, and in life, is a desirable trait. Grab your Yoga mat and join us for an evening yoga practice focused on movements beneficial to us as runners, and as humans.

This is an entry-level yoga class, so if you have been wanting to try yoga here is your chance!

Please RSVP and plan on arriving at 7:15 P.M. (class will start at 7:30) for registration and mat placement.
