Welcome the new Summer season with the practice of presence.
Join us for a Slow Flow Vinyasa class designed for practitioners of all levels. This 75 minute class invites you to embrace the art of slowing down and intentionality by exploring a unique sequence of asanas that are equally transformative as they are grounding. The sequence will be different from session to session paired with a curated playlist, so you can expect a unique experience each month.
Moving slowly encourages a mindful and deliberate approach to your practice that can get lost when we are just going through the motions. Spending more time in each pose and through every transition allows you to FEEL and connect to your body as a total working system (body, mind, and heart).
This class can be as gentle or as challenging as you make it. Multiple options for asanas will be provided, and chairs are available to use during practice. If you need a chair or any assistance, please ask your teacher before class.
Please come prepared with a mat, water bottle, sweat towel (optional), and an open mind! The room is candlelit and warmed to a comfortable 75 degrees.
We have a limited amount of mats available to rent.
Children under 16 are not permitted to attend this class. Participants aged 16-17 must have our waiver signed by their parent/guardian.
