Now What?

Recovery doesn't stop after the decision to quit using. In fact, that’s when life truly begins — and can suddenly feel overwhelming. We start dealing with every other area in life that we haven’t dealt with in years, and all of the things that come along with that. You may frequently feel like “I’m doing all the right things, but I feel like something is still missing.” “Now What?” provides a safe, inclusive space to explore the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of rebuilding a life in recovery. The group helps participants process through situations, share experiences, and support one another through the common, yet complex, issues that arise after substance use has stopped. The group will be led by LRCC Executive Director and person in long term recovery, Jason Latva, MS, MBA, LPC, CSAC, ICS.
