As the state's chief investment officer, he oversees $13 billion daily. Mr. Elliott will speak about his work to protect Hoosiers from Central Bank Digital Currency, safeguard personal data privacy, fight against political de-banking practices, and shield Hoosier pensions from risky ESG commitments.
