Join me for this gentle introduction to yoga.

This 6 week course is aimed at absolute beginners or for anyone who has done some yoga but might be injured or has health conditions that might be limiting.

The emphasis is on moving the body in a slow and mindful way, in a relaxed fun environment.

Each class is 45 minutes with a maximum of 6 participants
Yoga mats provided.

Dates: 12th May, 19th May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June,23rd June.
