It offers benefits to all our bodies, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Fully accessible to all, it is a beautiful and powerful form of healing. It builds connection to our senses and environment.

What to expect in a Session: Sessions will typically last around 2 hours. This is the optimum time to receive the physical, mental and emotional benefits. These benefits have been scientifically proven to last up to 30 days.

Sessions will be guided by a practitioner. They will guide you to begin with a sensory invitation. Similar to a guided meditation you will be prompted on a journey through your senses so you can drop into the moment and out of your head.

From here you will be given a series of invitations to explore that will encourage connection to the senses mindfully. This may be to walk slowly and look at the patterns in nature, or to sit and connect to what you can hear. Your practitioner will support you in finding a space you feel safe so that you can truly feel the benefits of the practices. At the end of the session you may be offered a cup of tea and a snack and an opportunity to share any experiences you may have had. There is no set outcome, just an opportunity to tune into your senses.
