Looking for something fun, yet educational, for your kids to do after-school? My children's after-school club is perfect for ages 8 -16. Students will learn fundamental sewing skills and build upon existing skills,

How to get a perfect stitch, straight and patterned, on an array of fabrics

Tips for stitching straight and accurately
Seams,
Finishing edges,
Construction,
Hems
Use a sewing machine
Decorative techniques.
Practice and have fun while making different mini projects to practice newly acquired skills.

The perfect introduction to the beginner’s dressmaking course.

Fabric and threads included. All tools and equipment are provided, or you may prefer to provide your own.

This course is perfect for children who want to learn or already love to sew. A great way for children to be creative, learn a new skill, improve hand and eye coordination and develop their fine motor skills, all whilst having fun and making something they can be proud of! The class’s focus is on making sewing accessible for all, safe and enjoyable!

This course is for 6 sessions starting Monday 2 June and running till Monday 7 July 2025
