This class moves at a slower pace, allowing you to build a solid understanding of yoga principles and develop body awareness. Whether you are a complete beginner or simply want to revisit and strengthen your foundational knowledge, this program will set you up for a safe and enjoyable yoga journey. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. We will meet outside on the south end of the parking lot as long as weather permits. If not, practice will be moved to the Constitution Room.
