Free Ukulele Taster Workshop

If you've ever thought that you might like to try learning an instrument, then this is the session for you!
I'm working with Barthol Chapel Community Hub to see if there's enough demand for us to put on ukulele classes for adult beginners in the area.
As part of this, we are holding a free introductory workshop on 28 June, 11am-12noon.
Why not come and join us for a relaxed and fun hour in beautiful surroundings (with gorgeous acoustics!) and see if the ukulele might be the perfect instrument for you? You'll be shown the basics of how to tune and start playing the ukulele, you'll learn your first couple of chords and even get to play your first song.
If you already have a ukulele, fantastic, but if not let us know by booking an 'I need to borrow a uke' ticket and we will see what we can do to secure a uke for you to borrow for the session. We will let you know as soon as possible by email if it's been possible to secure a uke for you to use.
You don't need any prior musical experience at all - just curiosity and the willingness to have a go!
And don't worry that the link says 'Buy tickets' - I promise they are absolutely free of charge!
