When: Every Tuesday at 5:45 PM
Location: Youth Sport Omagh
Price: Only £5/session
All sessions are time-based, not distance-based—meaning runners of all levels can train together and progress at their own pace. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your performance, this program is designed to meet you where you are.
