Exploring the Catholic Faith

In September we will be beginning a new Course (usually known as the 'RCIA') at St Dunstan’s. If you have thought about becoming a Catholic and would like to find out more about what is involved then you are invited to a preliminary meeting on Thursday 3rd July at 7.30pm at St Dunstan’s. We will be able to describe the process to you and answer any questions you may have. You will also be able to chat to some of those who have become Catholics in recent years.
This invitation is to any adults who have not already been baptised or were baptised into a different Christian tradition. You would also be welcome if you were baptised Catholic but have not gone on to be confirmed.
This course will give you the opportunity to explore the Catholic Faith and to discern whether or not you might like to be baptised, received into the Catholic Church or confirmed.
If you would like to bring a friend or relative with you to the meeting, they would be very welcome. (If you are reading this note and know someone who might like to find out more then why not invite them?)
You will not be making a commitment to join the course by coming to the meeting. It is simply an opportunity to find out more.
