Super friendly, bespoke yoga classes tailored for your needs.

I keep my classes small to support each person's physical and energetic needs.

Our body is a feedback loop of important information and the more we learn to listen to it the more we understand what it needs to keep healthy, happy and healed. We work with acupressure points, the seasons and our breath (and so much more!) to feel energy move in your body (which is a really healthy and should be / is "normal" thing to feel!)

Classes are 1 hour long. We include breath work, energy medicine, and meditation.

I love teaching this and I love seeing how blissed out you look after practice.
