Spend a relaxing day with us creating a miniature hand-stitched masterpiece using linen, small fabric pieces found objects, buttons and beads. Hand-turned appliqué is a very relaxing way of creating a miniature hand-stitched masterpiece using some of your pre-loved scraps of fabric and found objects.

Develop your own design and create using simple hand-embroidery stitches. We have a variety of lovely fabrics and threads, but feel free to bring any bits and pieces you would like to use.
This truly is a mindful process, its certainly a happy place, where you can sit and stitch putting beautiful colours together to achieve simple yet beautiful imagery - even an heirloom! Come and join us you will love it...

Times: This workshops runs from 10 - 4 pm.

Refreshments: Tea, coffee, biscuits are on tap all day.

Parking: We are situated on the main street just next to Wordsworth House. If you are bringing a machine, feel free to drop off at the shop after 9.45 and there are several carparks within a short walking distance.
