Soothe Sessions are all about giving yourself time to rest, relax and restore your body and mind to a more balanced state. Breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and lower the heart rate and blood pressure, gentle restorative yoga poses to ease out the muscles and guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to put the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation.
