Every Monday from 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. Ages 16 and up.

$156 for the full 12-week session (June 2 - August 28th, no class June 16th)
or drop-in when it fits your schedule best! $17 per class.

Wear what makes you feel your best! Attire is comfortable clothing and socks or barefeet.
