Weβve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Ellicott Creek on Mondays at 6 p.m. for Core & More during #FitnessintheParks. This progressive exercise program combines relaxation, flexibility and strengthening exercises to build strength and stamina in core areas, keeping you strong for life.
Class takes place near the outdoor fitness center. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
