Summer Pilates Workshop

For all those in Newmarket/Haverhill and surrounding villages!!

I’m hosting a one off Pilates workshop in Thurlow in 2 weeks time 🤍

This workshop will be suitable for beginners and the more experienced Pilates goers.

It’ll be a 1 hour class focusing on strengthening and stretching, but most importantly having a nice summery evening with a lovely bunch of people 🫶🏻🌼
