Flower Pressing and Cyanotype Printing joint workshop

Anna and Mary are super excited to invite you to our first ever Flower Pressing and Cyanotype Printing joint workshop at the beautiful Treborth Botanic Garden on Saturday 19th July 11am - 4pm 🌿 this will be a lovely day, spending the morning learning to press locally grown fresh flowers followed by a stroll around the gardens looking at plants suitable for using in the techniques learned during the workshop. The afternoon session will be all about cyanotype and cyanolumen printing, the traditional photographic technique also known as 'sun printing'. Here we will use a selection of fresh and dried flowers and foliage as well as photos to create several pieces of art for you to take home. You will also get to take home your handmade wooden press, filled with your chosen blooms.
