You are always the right age to start Pilates.

One of the best things about Pilates, is that people who are compromised by pain discover a new lease of life and what feels like a brand new body, through the magic of mindful exercise!

These Beginners/ Low Level Pilates Classes will take you through the basic techniques that underpin the Pilates Method, including Alignment, Breathing, Pelvic Floor and Deep Abdominal Recruitment you will learn how to to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility, whilst staying safe and injury free. This will be reinforced on a class by class basis.

Class sizes will be kept very small so that each client will receive personal tuition.

Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
