One of the best things about Pilates, is that people who are compromised by pain discover a new lease on life and what feels like a brand new body through the magic of mindful exercise!

These Progression Pilates Classes are designed for people who are still new quite new to Pilates and need to take things a little more slowly at first.

We will be introducing more of the Pilates repertoire of movements and use small equipment. These classes will help you to continue to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free and class sizes will be restricted to a maximum of 12 people so that each client will receive personal tuition.

Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
