This session may not be suitable for you if you:
• Have sound-induced epilepsy
• Have a pacemaker or serious heart condition
• Experience severe or unmanaged mental health conditions (e.g. schizophrenia)
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy (always check with your midwife or doctor)
• Have recently had surgery with healing wounds or metal implants that may react to sound
