Through guided meditation, intention setting, and a soul-nourishing sound bath, you will be invited to release, realign, and embrace new possibilities.

Here’s how to find the venue:
Canterbury Yoga Studio, Summer Hill, Harbledown, CT2 8NH
Follow the narrow entrance just off the A2050 on your left-hand side, park up and follow the gravel drive and you’ll see the wooden studio to the left of the house
Come as you are, with some water, a pillow, your own blanket if you wish, and an open heart.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINS BEFORE THE START TIME
