This is a HYBRID CLASS - (In person & Live Zoom)
Ideal for those who are...

> Suffer from mild back/neck issues
> Want to relieve those aches & stiffness
> Want to move more freely
> Increase core strength
> Improve Posture
> Work on stability and mobility
This is a gentle class, set at a gentle pace. Together we work through the Classical mat order, using modification & building blocks to make it accessible. As you get stronger you can use fewer modifications.
SPINESAFE NOTICE
This class includes loaded flexion/ extension and rotation which may be contraindicated for you if you suffer from injury/osteoporosis/osteopenia, therefore this class is NOT suitable for you. To attend you will need a series of 121's before joining the class (sta) so that you know how to modify the exercises.
