The Epicure 2025

From 9 to 14 September 2025, the Dolder Grand will once again become a meeting place for the international gourmet elite. Over the course of five “EVENINGS”, Heiko Nieder will be joined each night by a different guest chef. Together, they will combine their expertise in a unique 4-hands dinner – a one-of-a-kind fusion of two culinary signatures, created exclusively for this special evening. The grand finale of the gourmet festival is “THE FINAL”: a day of indulgence featuring live cooking stations by the guest chefs and their signature dishes, paired with wines and champagnes carefully selected by Head Sommelier Katharina Sarrot, as well as a variety of cocktails created by guest bartenders. The experience is further enhanced by additional food stands and a Davidoff cigar lounge. Look forward to a top-tier line-up – from acclaimed stars to rising talents of the international fine dining scene.

This year, too, an exceptional line-up awaits – from celebrated names of the global gourmet world to emerging culinary talents. Represented are chefs from England, Finland, Taiwan, Belgium, and many other countries.
