Meditation for a Peaceful Mind (Ages 16+) – One Saturday per month (10:30 am)

Join us for an enlightening experience. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, this class will guide you through the principles and practices of meditation in a calm and supportive environment. Our instructor will lead you through various techniques aimed at reducing stress, enhancing mindfulness, improving focus, and promoting overall well-being. We will meet on the second Saturday of the month, please check for the room location.
