Start your week with intention, calm and a little time just for you.

This gentle weekly group is a space to breathe, reset and centre yourself before the week takes hold. Led by Melanie, an experienced coach and NLP Master Practitioner with a nurturing and grounded approach, you’ll be guided through a blend of mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and find clarity for the days ahead.

Each session includes:

- Grounding breathwork and gentle mindfulness

- A calming space with palo santo spray to set the tone

- Meditation to help you reconnect with yourself

- Journaling space for anything that comes up

- A oracle card pull to guide your intention for the week ahead
