Starting in January, we will be offering Total Barre and Pilates classes on Saturdays, following your regular Pilates class. For those of you looking to mix up your routine, this can be a fantastic addition!
The class will still incorporate core elements and include some Pilates techniques, but it will also feature a variety of standing movements that focus on your thighs and legs.
