Wellness Wednesday - Meditation and Reflection (drop in)

This is a donation event. Suggested minimum £5 - please turn up on the day. No booking required.

Shambala welcome you to ‘Wellness Wednesday’. Each session will begin with a gentle, short meditation to give us all an opportunity to drop-in, arrive and embrace stillness.
[The physiological and mental health benefits of meditation are well documented.]

This will be followed by an opportunity to open up to personal reflection and share in our experience, however that feels in the moment.
The 2-hour session will finish with another short meditation, and an opportunity to stay for a free cup of tea/coffee.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
Yoga mats, chairs, cushions, blankets and water are provided but feel free to bring your own or whatever you feel that supports your meditation.
All welcome.

We ask a minimum of £5 cash contribution which helps support the running of Shambala.

Parking is available at the Buxton Road car park 2 minutes walk away or in the streets surrounding Shambala.
