Advanced Block Printing - Using Stencils

If you’ve done block printing before, and fancy trying a more advanced technique, this might be the session for you!
Using pre-cut stencils, you will create a unique and very individual piece using the blocks in a different type of design.
After a recap demo and talk through the technique, it’s time to choose your colours and blocks.
Having chosen your letter initial or shape in advance, you will apply your stencil to your bag (tote or draw-string), select your colours and blocks and away you go creating both a positive and negative print around your letter or shape covering both sides of the bag.
It’s a slightly trickier technique, so really helps if you’ve block printed before, but is still easy enough for everyone to create a great result!
The morning will fly by - fuelled with tea/coffee and cake.. come and join the fun!
