The FCBD®Style hip shimmy is loose, bouncy, and beautiful! This classic move is an embodied combination of confidence, strength, and joy. In this workshop, you will be led through exercises, drills, and dance practices to enhance your shimmy in all ways.
No prior experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes & bring water. Plan to ditch your shoes in favor of bare feet or socks, dance shoes are also an option if you prefer!
