Register for 30-minute mat and chair yoga sessions on Fridays in June and July, at 10:30 (beginner mat w/ chair) and 12:30 (chair only). Yoga and Strength classes will not be held on June 13 or July 4.
Participants who have not attended recently are encouraged to speak with Nancy about which session time to attend.
