The Homesteader Museum will be hosting their annual Farm to Table Dinner Fundraiser on Friday, September 12, beginning at 6 o’clock p.m. at the Park County Fairgrounds in Powell, Wyoming.
The outdoor dining experience will start with a no host bar with a signature cocktail and mingling with other guests. The dinner be served after most guests have arrived.
The meal will allow you to taste locally grown produce and meat catered by Sarah Bear’s Farmhouse Kitchen.
The Menu for this year is:
Garden Salad-crisp greens, heirloom tomatoes, sweet onions & sweet corn, feta cheese & buttermilk herb dressing
Sourdough Potato Rolls & Chive Butter
Brined & Butterflied Pork Tenderloin stuffed with sausage & wrapped in bacon, served over mashed potatoes with white gravy & vegetable medley(likely green beans & roasted butternut squash with brown butter & crispy sage)
Pumpkin bars-with brown butter cream cheese frosting & buttermilk streusel
Please note the menu might change slightly due to availability of produce.
Also, the dinner maybe moved inside due to weather.
