Mental health is an essential part of the well-being of our community. It is something that
impacts us all, yet it often remains a topic that is overlooked or misunderstood.
With rates of adults and children who are struggling or impacted by a mental health challenges in
our own community, are on the rise and it is more critical than ever to create safe spaces for
education, support, and empowerment.
