Transformational Dance is back!! It's never really left, we've been living and implementing TD in our classes throughout. Those fun ice breakers and musicality processes? A taste of TD baby! Nothing beats an immersion though. Join us for the chance to really get some freedom and creativity in your movement as we delve in to you and your dance. Warning- you will have FUN and dance a lot. You will learn something. The way that you dance and connect through dance will be transformed! Don't let stories hold you back, let them be beautiful!!
This is not ecstatic dance or 5 elements. It's not a genre but fits in to and embellishes all styles when applied.
