a sound expenience that encourages children to explore and express themselves -inspired session for children 5-10

This super-interactive 1-hour experience will introduces children to a collection of kid-friendly instruments where they can explore many different sounds and be given the chance to feel the vibrations they create. We will talk a little about sound meditation and how to share sound with one another and as a group. We will end class with a sound bath. Some children might want to participate in making sound, while others might want to snuggle up with pillows and blankets.
