Getting Ready for Whitetail - Maryland

Join Sisterhood Outdoors and Pro Staff Stephanie Gregor for a fun morning gearing up for deer season. During this event we will shoot archery, talk about gear and discuss strategies. After shooting we will scout an area that will be open to hunting during the season, looking for deer sign and discussing any promising spots we see.

What To Expect

We will meet at the range at 10 am on Saturday, August 23nd. We will go over safety and check our equipment before starting going through the 3D archery course. Fee for the course is $10 per person, cash.

After the course, we’ll break for lunch and get to know each other. Then, we will discuss bowhunting and scout the local state forest for sign of whitetail habits.

It is recommended you wear closed toe shoes and long pants treated with permethrin.
