Got an active kid or tween ready to move, grow, and feel strong? Our Youth Fitness program is all about building confidence, coordination, and healthy habits — in a fun, structured, and positive environment. �

Led by experienced Trainer Julia Pye, this program teaches proper form, safe strength training, and body awareness tailored to growing bodies. It’s not just about lifting — it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and having fun!

�Build confidence + physical literacy
� Learn proper movement + strength basics
� Supportive, inclusive coaching
� Improve coordination + fitness in a fun way

� 4-week program (2 x per week)
� $210.00 + tax — includes certified training sessions & access to our Youth Training Plan via the CBalanceTraining App
�Gym membership NOT required
� Ages 10–13 | Max 6 participants

Sessions begin June 23rd, 2025
� Mondays & Wednesdays | 4:15–5:15 PM
