Ready to start your fitness journey but not sure where to begin? This one’s for you! Our Ladies Beginner Training Group is the perfect space to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits — without intimidation.

Led by certified trainer Julia Pye, you’ll learn proper technique, foundational movements, and how to train effectively for your body and goals — all in a supportive, empowering environment where every woman belongs. �

� No experience needed
� Learn safe, functional strength training
� Build confidence and body awareness
� Small group setting for personalized support

� 4-week program (2 x per week). $210.00 + tax — includes certified group training & access to your plan through the CBalanceTraining App.
� Gym membership NOT required
� Women only | Max 6 participants
