Free Pop Up SLAM Class: Harbin Park

Been curious to try out SLAM? Join us as we visit a new space, and let our kids enjoy the playgrounds and [FREE] splash pads after class!
10:00am-11:00am: Mama workout SLAM class
11:00am- ? : Stay and enjoy the beautiful, BRAND NEW splash pad at Harbin Park!
What to expect at a SLAM class: We will begin with a 5-7 minute dynamic warm up, followed by HIIT/strength training stations throughout the park with running/walking routes in between. Class will end with a cool down stretch.
What to Bring:
(For Class)
β Stroller (for children 4 and under)
β Blanket for sitting (children 5 and older)
β Pair of dumbbells
β Yoga Mat
β Water bottle
β Small toys/books/tablets for kids to use during class
(For Play Afterwards)
β Swim suits or extra set of clothes
β Towels
β Sunscreen
β Snacks/packed lunch (if you want!)
