Join us twice a month for Mindfulness at EUCC at 6 pm on first and third Sundays. The free 45-minute Mindfulness drop-in sessions are held in King Auditorium. The mindfulness and stress reduction practices are open to everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Use the courtyard door on Broadway.
