Back on Track Health Fair

We are excited to once again partner with MDwise to bring the Back on Track Health Fair to Dubois County again this year! This free event is open to all families in the community and is designed to help local students and parents get a healthy and confident start to the new school year.
The event will include free school supplies, free food for attendees, free dental kits, and access to a wide range of community resources and representatives ready to provide information and support on healthcare, nutrition, family services, and more.
