Free Saturday Community Class

Join us for our free Saturday community workout. People of any fitness level will be able to do the workouts with the correct scaling. We will be doing basic movements including cardio and light weights. If you have ever wanted to try CrossFit or just wanted to check out the box feel free to stop in any Saturday at 9:15AM. The workouts are only 45 Minutes long and will have you out by 10:00 AM. Hope you see you this Saturday!
