Join us on July 2nd at 7 p.m. to see a performed reading of MY DEAREST FRIEND at All Saints Episcopal Church. A premiere of the new play by award winning playwright Peter Manos.
This is a free admission play reading with donation proceeds benefiting All Saints Episcopal Church. MY DEAREST FRIEND, both a civics lesson and love story, centers around the founding values of American Democracy via the correspondence between Abigail and John Adams. John and Abigail Adams lived in a time of violence and confusion. They spent years apart. Sometimes on separate continents. They stayed intensely in love in a marriage that lasted more than half a century. Their love story changed the world. Featuring Peter Manos as John Adams and Sandra Manos as Abigail Adams.
There will be a prelude, at 6:30 p.m., featuring historical revolutionary-era music performed by composer and filmmaker Eli Manos and Josh Fadenholz, Director of Music at All Saints.
