Shamanic Journeying II

Participants MUST already know how to journey. In this class you will perform directed journeys to strengthen your relationships with your helping spirits and your ability to move between the worlds.

This event is being taught by Bontoc Ancestor Medicine and is based on core shamanism techniques.

What to bring:
• An eye mask to block out the light as we journey (A t-shirt or bandana would work just fine)
• A small blanket or yoga mat IF you are uncomfortable laying directly on the floor
• A pen and notebook to document your experiences
